Pretty in Blue Baby Girl Dress

Its been so long since I updated my projects..so here comes the baby dress made as a gift for my niece’s baby girl who turned 1 last December..Since it is December, it has to be one of snowy white, red, green, or blue.  Since I had made baby blanket using white, red and green, this time I turned to white and shades of blue (one of my favorite colors) and the dress turned out to be as beautiful as I imagined :)…

Popcorn Flower Granny Squares

Traditional granny square with a 3D flower popping up in the middle.  As the square has the final round as any granny square, it can be used in any projects as the traditional granny square.   The beauty of the square lies in the flower popping at the center giving it a three-dimensional look 🙂 …

Bright & Colorful Crocheted Bag

A kaleidoscope of bright colors is the simplest way to liven up a casual outfit.  Add a gorgeous handcrafted bag in bright pink, blue, green, red, & yellow :)…

This one I started as a scrap yarn project rug/mat (see my previous post https://crochetshelters.wordpress.com/2014/06/03/wip-scrap-yarn-rugmat-crochet/)

I started having second thoughts as the work progressed.  It was looking so pretty and beautiful, I didn’t have the mind to use it as a rug for people to step on it or as a mat..so converted it into a beautiful bag 🙂 …hope you all agree with me…

Irish Roses Bag – Handmade/Crochet

As I said earlier when I posted my “Irish Rose with Lacy Base Square Motif” that I may take a long time to post my completed bag, it took so long for me to finish the bag…but I’m still happy as it is looking lovely…hope you all like it too :)…yet to do the lining and zip closure for the bag, but was eager to show it off hahaha 🙂 ….

The time I took to complete this one is worthy of it as it adds its own style statement.  It has the style and sophistication 🙂 …
